MCP Server Integration
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) enables AI assistants and IDEs to directly interact with Gamopanda APIs. Gamopanda provides a direct hosted MCP endpoint (https://mcp.gamopanda.com/mcp), allowing your AI assistant to execute admin operations (manage members, streaks, challenges, rewards, webhooks, templates) and query data on your behalf.

Gamopanda exposes a hosted MCP server endpoint at:

You can connect any MCP-compatible AI assistant or IDE (such as Antigravity, Cursor, Claude Desktop, VS Code, or Codex) directly to this endpoint.
Quick Start Configuration
Add Gamopanda to your IDE or AI assistant configuration file (e.g. mcp_config.json or claude_desktop_config.json).
Use your Gamopanda API Key and API Secret to give your AI assistant admin privileges:

You can generate your x-api-key and x-api-secret pair in the Gamopanda dashboard or via the API Key documentation.
How to Configure in Your IDE / AI Assistant
1. Antigravity & Gemini IDE
Edit your local configuration file located at:
- macOS:
~/.gemini/config/mcp_config.json - Windows:
%USERPROFILE%\.gemini\config\mcp_config.json
Add the gamopanda-admin configuration block inside mcpServers:

Antigravity and Gemini IDE use "serverUrl" (instead of "url") for HTTP/SSE endpoints in mcp_config.json.
2. Cursor IDE
- Open Cursor Settings -> Features -> MCP.
- Click + Add New MCP Server.
- Set Type to
sseorhttp. - Enter URL:
https://mcp.gamopanda.com/mcp - Add headers
x-api-keyandx-api-secret.
3. Claude Desktop
Edit claude_desktop_config.json:
- macOS:

Add the gamopanda-admin JSON definition under mcpServers and restart Claude Desktop.
4. Codex CLI / IDE
Edit your local Codex configuration file located at:

Security Best Practices
Never commit your x-api-secret or MCP configuration files containing secrets to public Git repositories.
- Separate Environment Keys: Use separate API keys for development and production environments.
- Rotate Credentials: If you suspect a key has been compromised, pause or delete it immediately via the API Key management page.
- Least Privilege: Only grant MCP configuration access on trusted developer workstations.
